Our long-standing reputation in providing humanitarian aid and relief charters for disasters around the world landed us a contract with the Cayman Islands. We are proud to be a part of their official evacuation plan in the event of hurricanes. In the past 25 years, they have called on us 4 times and requested immediate evacuation of up to 10,000 of their citizens to get them out of harm’s way. Within hours, we had the aircraft on ground and ready to begin the evacuation. Thankfully, in each case, the storms passed before we had to complete the full plan. However, the approximately 2,500 people who were evacuated were grateful for our fast and reliable response time.
